Description
The postcards in this booklet present the graphic figures of the steps of 30 Bulgarian folk dances (horos) from the six folklore regions of Bulgaria. Each horo is unique with its graphic.
In the booklet you will find interesting information about the style and character of the dances from each region. Style is to be understood as the outward manifestation of the movements of the human body, while character is the totality of the inner feelings and state of mind of the performers.
The booklet is bilingual – the information is written in Bulgarian with English translation. This makes it an extremely suitable gift for a foreigner.
